I don’t see how WOF would be held accountable to repay the 5 mil to IMC if IMC decided to back out of the deal …

 

But I do see how WOF would have to repay IMC if WOF decided to let the IMC deal fall through …. In order to seal a better deal with someone else …

 

Just having fun with the possibilities here … I hope we will all be pleasantly surprised very soon …
