It is AGM and scheduled date will be on November 21st per sedar.com so plenty of time for them to mail out proxy etc. to share holders..

It will be open to public.. Question is wheter any one will bother to show up if it is at a lawyer's office..  For now, location is Suite 2080-777 Hornby St..

Note to Nick.. Time to upgrade to a better location.. Small meetting room in decent hotels are not that expensive.. Let's show some enthusiasm..
