Or possibly just one transaction, reported twice, as Majormac has pointed out. If one, then I assume it is the rest of the funds required to pay out the loan they took from the company. Bad optics for those who don't know about that loan, though. And now I am forgetting how much the loan was actually for. Better look it up.
