Definition of an insider;

Corporate insider is any officer, director or 10% or more holder of (WOF's) the company's shares.

Insiders are required to report all transactions in Canada within 10 days.

In USA- 2 business days

I really that there has been a lot of crossing by WOF's insiders, I sure they are aware of the rules, I don't think they would like OSC to pay them a visit that would jeopardize the financing.
