And I don't see why he should respond to nervous share holders who keep bugging him.. Let's understand his job which is to disseminate news when asked by the senior management and even if he knew anything in-progress, he would be in deep trouble if he passes it on until it is official.. So if some one needs hand holding and counselling, they are definitely in the wrong exchange and the company.. That actually applies to 95% of all the companies listed on Venture exchange.. It is a jungle out there..
Like most people here, I have Nick's email and phone number but there is no reason to keep harping on the same thing.. We are not at a wake.. We know there will be some news on $10m Convert and Management appointments in few days, as per some one's chat with Mr. Constable.. So I am just going to wait it out..
