Due to the fact that at the end of the interview they are talking of a "christmas parcel" I assume that the interview has taken place in December 2012 and therefore is probably outdated (at least partially).

Has anyone talked to Nick lately. Does he still work for Woulfe?
Comment by Profit79 on Mar 07, 2013 11:44am
emailed Nick numerous times, keeps telling me he will update me when he knows something. Apparently he doesnt know anything, im guessing he got the boot.

Until 3 days ago when the last news release came out, he is still shown as one of the contacts for Woulfe so I don't see why would that change until his contract is up for renewal at some point.. And I don't see why he should respond to nervous share holders who keep bugging him.. Let's understand his job which is to disseminate news when asked by the senior management and even if he ...more

Profit79, I met with David Constable at PDAC to get some guidance as things were moving so quickly behind closed doors it was very difficult for me to help you. The emails I receive that request inside information are impossible for me to respond to but the general question is  - When will the deal close? = I do not know. Personally I am excited with the boards action and believe the company ...more

Nick does not work for Woulfe per se..He is a partner in the firm Nicola Street Capital. They provide investor relations services to Woulfe (and others) for a fee ..It's $10,000.00 per month on a month-to-month basis according to the MD&A.  Talking to Nick won't give the answers you want to hear....he can only disseminate what Woulfe feeds him ..he has a canned script and he ...more

Nick, FYI it will be the WOF executive board that will appoint and approve the new CEO and not the TSX.
Comment by wolfry1 on Mar 07, 2013 12:43pm
Nick When you say you would "step down" ....you mean Woulfe would stop using you firms services ?
Comment by NickSmithNSC on Mar 07, 2013 1:03pm
Petropig, Yes the executive board appoint the interim CEO. The interim CEO is required to complete Form 2A which is a personal consent form which is reviewed and then approved by the TSX before we can announce. Final step. Cheers nick
Comment by whoisyourpapa on Mar 07, 2013 1:17pm
So if we were to read between the lines we could say that this form 2A is with the exchange as we speak.  Whois

Hi Nick, first off thanks for responding here. Unfortunately, none of my requests were for "inside" information. I believe that everybody has or had a concern with timeline moving forward, as in your previous nr's has timelines which have come and gone much to shareholders dismay. Surely you can understand peoples frustration when timelines are not met, and management changes ...more

Profit79, As I provide Investor Relations to Woulfe I am very, perhaps overly, cautious in making statements about the Company that the CEO or Board have not already made public. The questions you raise I have passed on the the executives but had not received answers before the CEO resigned.  It would make my job much easier if I had the answers! I do believe a CEO has now been chosen, and as ...more

Profit79.. Understood.. However, look at your questions.. You demand answers that no one can give you any difinite answer to.. If it was a done deal, it would be out in the public domain with a news release.. All of these and other questions have been repeatedly mentioned here and even about the new CEO, being wooed and will be announced soon etc...  So when it comes to when, no one will give ...more

Well said TechOne. Hilarious ! Ain't it the truth ! Albert Einstein once said ! "Man should look for what it is, not what he thinks should be". Just a matter of time !. I believe that the puzzle will come together. Best of Luck
