I met with David Constable at PDAC to get some guidance as things were moving so quickly behind closed doors it was very difficult for me to help you. The emails I receive that request inside information are impossible for me to respond to but the general question is  - When will the deal close? = I do not know.

Personally I am excited with the boards action and believe the company is putting things in place to successfully conclude the deal with IMC.   Ned Goodman does not need to join the board of Woulfe Mining so his decision speaks volumes about the the proejct and the relationship with IMC. I felt the extension of the loan and an additional $5m from IMC was an indication for shareholders that our partner agrees. 

The first step is putting a new CEO in place and as soon as the TSX approves an announcement will be made. The new CEO will detail the plan and if it is decided I can still help I will, if not I will step down.
