I agree with you!  Alot of the blame should be placed on Goodman too. After he came on the board of directors he allowed IMC to bleed Woulfe Mining dry another year for a measly $5 million dollar loan when he could of arranged the financing without them. IMC is a joke! Goodman and management is making a huge mistake if they allow this drag on another year with IMC. Ned Goodman has to be smarter then this. He is a billionaire mining hall of famer. IMC is stringing Woulfe Mining along and will not negotiate this deal on good faith unless he does something drastic. Which would be finacing this deal through Dundee and telling IMC to take a hike. Then after they go into production without IMC they might have a change of heart and will be forced to pay a premium for their long term tungsten needs.
