I am long but don't recall ever posting here (if I did it was ages ago.) Doing so now, as I'd like to point out the one thing a poster said is still there...namely the IMC agreement...was never finally consummated. It was still subject to unspecified conditions was the last I read on it (unless you have something saying otherwise) and that is why the latest NR says talks with IMC (or negotiations) are ongoing. Without the rest of the $35MM the Shohuan (sp?) MOU for the main financing is equally uncertain. I cannot imagine what the husband and wife exec team did to bring us to this 'unexpected' financial stress but WOF's hand has been weakened and witthout that IMC loan being confirmed, which is not at all certain if the prior execs acted wilfully, well...and don't expect Ned to be concerned about anybody but himself!!
