No plans to sell here either.. News release even though it had the requisite doom and gloom of going concern, did not really have any new information.. Last 2 times while Brian was there, 2 attempts were made to raise cash so this is yet one more.. If we are diluted further due to outright share issue or more likely a Convert, it means payoff would be a lot less then what we originally expected..

I won't sell tomorrow. I read all the posts of the past few days. For sure I would have prefered a done deal with IMC or a buyout, but at least the "bad" new release will force actions, it wil force WOF to do something, to address these issues and it migth be the first real step that has been taken for a while. I think the good news is a little of tomorrow hopefully occurred today. WFEMF, the US surrogate of WOF Canada, opened today at .1730 and closed at .1727 on 260,915 shares traded. VWAP was actually fractionally UP at .1733. If WOF can finish unchanged tomorrow, we may be forming a base. Without sellers there can't be buyers.

Looks to me like the May chart is just copying the April chart, but at a slightly lower level.     10 cents again anyone?

I am long but don't recall ever posting here (if I did it was ages ago.) Doing so now, as I'd like to point out the one thing a poster said is still there...namely the IMC agreement...was never finally consummated. It was still subject to unspecified conditions was the last I read on it (unless you have something saying otherwise) and that is why the latest NR says talks with IMC
