Question for the WOF Message Board

Question for the WOF Message Board

In addition, the Company continues negotiations with various parties to provide a
short-term financing solution to meet its obligations and to provide funds to
advance the Company's flagship Sangdong Tungsten Project, although
there is no
guarantee that such financing may be available
. Longer term, the Company,
with
the considerable assistance of its largest shareholder, Dundee Corporation,

continues its ongoing discussions with IMC International Metal Working Companies
B.V. in order to reach a successful completion of the strategic transactions
announced in February 2012.

Scroll down to where it says with the considerable assistance of Dundee Corporation. Longer term, the company, with the considerable assistance of its largest shareholder, Dundee Corporation, continues its ongoing discussions with IMC International Metal Working Companies. This doesn't make any sense to me. Why would Dundee Corp. and Ned Goodman want to make Woulfe Mining appear weak and helpless going into longer term negotiations with Buffett's IMC? As a member of the Woulfe Mining Board of Directors. Correct me if I am wrong on this but shouldn't Ned Goodman be making Woulfe Mining appear strong and well financed in the short term so they can quickly negotiate and finalize the long term financing. It doesn't appear that Uncle Ned is looking after the best interest of the shareholders. Which is unethical and possibly manipulation considering the fact that he is on the WOF board of directors. As Woulfe Mining management likes to say. I think there needs to be a COMPREHENSIVE INVESTIGATION done on all of this. I would appreciate any intelligent answers. Cheers!
