NEWS...I agree that in order for Dundee to maximize its return,  doing their "magic" at these depressed prices makes sense from a business perspective.

The following quote form the release gives me hope for the future...

"Since Mr. Goodman is a major stakeholder in the Company, through Dundee Corporation, and anticipates participation in further financing of the Company, either directly or indirectly, he has tendered his resignation as a board member in order to avoid any potential conflict of interest in relation to any such financing."

This things needs to get wrapped up ...ASAP .!!!!! Jeez ..We ain't gettin' any younger !!!!
