If IMC wants one more year of exclusive negotiation rights. They should be required to fork over a $10 million dollar bonus to Woulfe Mining. Plus WOF should not be required to repay this amount. If IMC wants exclusive rights to this project. Woulfe Mining needs to require they pay more this time around.
