OR we could be in serious trouble. IF indeed the financing to come is in the form of a PP, the SP must be 0.10 or above. TSXV acknowledging the diffculties that junior miners are having raising capital, recently passed a resolution permitting companies to unilaterally rollback the shares (reverse split) without shareholder approval. And we all know what the prospects are for the SP after a rollback.

This morning we see Asks building as many will want to lock in their tax losses. Given this environment, I still contend that the PP will be done in Jan/14, particularly if the SP is facing sustained downward pressure and management has no recourse but to do a rollback to facilitate a PP. I'm using business 101 to to support my thought process. I guess we will all find out soon enough (Feb/14 deadline) what management's intent and competence level is going forward.
