RE:Time to realize the reality!First of all,the share price decline can not be attributed to the new management.The cause is related to theprior management.Second,there are two types of dilution,one which only decreases the share value,because nothing is gained in return for the issuance of shares,the other is where the increase in issued shares also increases the value(intrinsic and otherwise) of the company,WOF will be initiating the latter.
