My bad.  Sorry, I misread the quote.
Getting it even at half a cent might be hard,  that's the bid, and probably a market maker.  You'd end up paying a penny at the ask, and about 3/4 of a cent if you're lucky and can find someone with a hidden AON limit order in between.

I'll still stick with Woulfe despite how grossly overweight I am on this particular stock.  It has the virtue of sitting on real, if buried, assets.  A metal that can only be created by smashing a couple neutron stars together at high velocity won't be something we'll find to be common even once we've gone into space.  Most systems, not to mention planets, are richer in lighter elements.  Ours just happens to have a great deal of old debris in it.
