Not that I know of, however if someone more educated in writing corporate governance documents looks over our charter, etc we could find out.  If its NOT there we could always pass a popular petition to PUT one there.

Or an accross the board anti-dilution clause, with pre-subscription offers to shareholders at the minimum subscription price.
