No, which is why they waited until after GOOD news to post it. One has to assume they've been negociating this for months ahead of the approval of Sangdong, so we have to ask . . . were we given the feasibilty study because IT was finally finished, or could it have been finished some time ago save for its use in these merger negociataions?
I suggest Management answer a great many questions in the next 24 hours . . . or less. I'd HATE to think they were pulling shinanigans behind our backs, for I'd become terribly dissapointed in their business ethics AND acumen.
