RE:RE:RE:merger

RE:RE:RE:mergerThat's a question I'd like answered along with, were more consulted than the bare majority required to ram something through?  Did the merging company know about the feasibility results before we did.  If so doesn't that constitute manipulating Woulfe share price prior to the actionable date? etc, etc, etc . . .

Anyway, I imagine we'll all find out in time, it's sort of out of our hands when they make major moves without bothering with a shareholder vote.  I imagine the major shareholders are those that are the most informed about what's going on, and they're either behind this or at least tacitly approve or it wouldn't be happening . . . one question is, why didn't Woulfe annouce it was for sale instead of hiding behind an agreement with IMC that said it couldn't enter into negociations with other parties?

e.g. does IMC want the other company to own Sangdong rather than Woulfe owning it, and why would they DELIBERATELY devalue the company by holding back a favorable survey while negociating with said entity.

Management owed us explanations with that announcement, and absent explaining them to us, they can explain them to the CSRS.  Frankly the former option probably would have been better.
