Hence the low volume of shares trading over the past 30 days is NOT indicative of what the share price should be. Plus the intrisic value of the shares is well over $0.25 so to say the 30-day share price valuation is 8 cents and that we are getting a 22.7% better price with this deal is Totally Retarded. How inept do you think we (retail) shareholder are? Michael Gauthier, if you are too lazy to step down from your position by negotiating a lame deal as this, then we will help you at the next AGM!
