RE:Bridge loans and current situationAt least Dundee is learning the thinigs that REALLY tick shareholders off.
Backing loans the company doesn't intend to pay back with cheap stock being one of them. That and trying to issue themselves preferred shares that no one else gets a shot at. Making that one round of secondary offerings ONLY available to Dundee itself when they were just supposed to broker the deal and REFUSED to sell any to current shareholders . . . Little things like that.
Or perhaps they just throught the shareholders were asleep up until then. Glad to see they didn't try to do it again.
