Frankly this would be the largest insider ripoff I've ever heard of. A non-competitive bid on a project on which they have more information than anyone else? And RIGHT at the two bits level . . . that and some shares would top the best deal we're likely to get from an outsider, probably true, but it's still well below the enterprise value of the company, and with the same lame management probably.
