For M&A purchases direct ADR's are considered stock on an 1:1 basis, so WFEMF holders will get the same (.07 CDN) that WOF.C shareholders, though we might get it in ALMTY instead of whatever symbol it is they use in Canada.

Doesn't this totally switch the term of all swapped stock to "long term"?
