When I reached the company the other day they confirmed that all is looking good and still expect all financing done before turkey day..I suggest folk call the company if they need hand holding~

Has anyone ever inquired or heard why the Wesson's dumped 14 mill in shares into the market on Oct 1st?   I can not for the life of me understand why someone would do that if they expected good news around the corner!

The company told you? Do you think they might have a vested interest in not letting shareholders know if any deal was circling the toilet bowl? Nah. I'm sure if things were looking bad they would be totally up front about it.

your on ignore...why would thy lie about this. geez.

I'm not saying they would lie — but do you really believe they are going to give some goofball investor the full picture over the phone? Seriously? It would be pretty naive to think that if things were not going well, they would tell someone over the phone.

Hey ERR;  If you were intouch, instead a newbie or basher, you would know that 14 was 7 m  A/B Wesson a married couple + 14m/2 = 7m  simple math

If you check back in the posts, it has been explained many times. The Wessons sold the shares to pay back the loan they took from the company last year at about this time so they could excercise some cheap options. So they bought at 12 cents, sold at whatever it was, and paid back the company. Furthermore, when they sold, it was at slightly below market, so it seems as if the deal was maybe worked ...more
