Ok  get it over with !! The blind folds have been on long enough. 

Either shoot and get it over with or tell us the news which most likely

 kill us in any case. My confidence of good news for shareholder is scary

Devon , are you really expecting a lawyer firm to be working during the X-Mas holidays ??? I don't expect any lawyers to get back to work until at least the second week of January and then another 2 weeks to finalize the deal.
