Woulfe Mining & Warren Buffett's Loyal Followers

What will happen to WOF if Warren Buffett's loyal followers decide to follow him in on his investment in Woulfe Mining as the money is secured and put into place, could WOF potentially go to $3 or $5 per share? (Remember what happened to the railroad/railway companies in the USA and Canada when Warren Buffett got involved with them as well as other companies he started investing in.)
