Brian and Amelia out

I guess Mr goodman decided to take matters in his own hands, this is very good news this morning, let the big boys play now. Brian and his wife made their cash and he was now over his head, I think Brian is a good guy to find and promote projects but not to bring into production.

Today we start a new phase in the company and I think it will be a great one.

For full disclosure I am long Woulfe

Now what. A company directional news release is needed right now or bad clouds will come to shareholders. You don't make that kinda event without a full explanation Woulfe.. What are you thinkiing without explaining who is in charge and why when this financing is at this stage the captain takes a rowboat and leaves like the Costa Concordia. GLTA Longs (Unless everything about this project has ...more

For me it is nothing but good news, listen if it was because of the project being fake you would have read that they were fired and the company was suing them. This is a case of a large well connected (in the mining industry) shareholder being  feedup with all the inaction by the company and by default it's president. We should be getting a great person to take charge of this thing ...more

This is first impression too...

Let's put things into perspective ... IMC successfully completed their due diligence back in August 2012. If there was anything wrong with the project they would of found it and backed out. Dundee Capital has been adding to their position every chance they get ... Most other major shareholders are holding their positions ... no major dumping going on ... if this news or any other coming ...more

I presume the IMC deal was stalled because Brian didn't agree to certain terms of the deal. Now we can expect more news: appointment of a new CEO, financials, IMC loan payment, and perhaps news on which direction the company is going.

I dont expect a deal annoucement for some time. If it was that close brian could have stayed.
Comment by Zynfandel on Feb 27, 2013 10:56am
Unless Brian step down was the condition to sign and finalize everything (maybe asked by Dundee)?
Comment by Profit79 on Feb 27, 2013 10:57am
I agree with Majormac... if the deal was imminent why leave? There is more to this story, and im assuming they are going to update us as soon as they see the share price fall further. This storyline is playing out as some of us had imagined... No news regarding IMC, no updates to corporate activity, generally very quiet and unsettling, its time someone at WOF grow some cajones and say something ...more

As always, the market is right. There is paralysis in the SP today as the unexpected news is being analysed. My thoughts are this: 1. I think if the IMC deal was imminent and the only thing in the way was Brian and wife, they would've fired them instead of them resigning. 2. There should've been a halt to trading today given the vacuum and great uncertainty this news has created. This ...more
