A NEW/RIGHT MAN FOR THE JOB

..Dundee first buying all these shares..Ned who pals around with billionaires from all over..he must have made a few calls and figured out pretty fast what the hold up was and a plan was hatched how to get Brian out without damaging the company/mine..

Money came due to IMC and Ned told Brian I can help, but you must put me on the board..Once on the board he told the other three members to help vote Brian out if it became necessary..then Brian was told go graciously with some nice options or you'll be fired and won't get anywhere in the mining industry from here on...I think the new CEO picked by Ned will be a very experienced geologist/player who will announce that all is still on track etc IMO~

Sparkersss, WRONG! Then Brian would have been fired. If Brian was fired he gets severance pay of 12 or 18 months of pay. Believe it or not combined pay for Brian and Amelia was over a million dollars a year... Brian was forced to quit for Woulfe to get funding from Dundee. This may have been orchestrated by both IMC and dundee to take the reins from him. How it happened doesnt really matter at ...more

Agreed.   Wesson and wife were forced out by the major shareholders.   Their presence may have been what was holding up the deal.    Time will tell.

It maybe they had something on Brian that prompted him to voluntarily retire.

Anyone get an answer from Nick? I really hope things get clarified quickly, this is no way to treat shareholders.

Nope...emailed twice. No response, eventhough he assured me he would get back to me asap. What does that tell you? This is my take. 3 options: Option 1: Huge shakeup about to occur because this thing was so mismanaged its not even funny, so Nick and his company are outta the picture. Option 2: Bigtime news on the horizon and all his attention is focused on rolling out some major news soon. Option ...more

Im betting on option 3 assuming Woulfe is in disarray and has been since last july waiting for imc funds...

You are correct Majormac.  I talked with Nick last night.  He reported that he too was shocked with the resignations and that there was no forewarning for him either.  He does not know who is currently running the company and is in the dark like us.  Nick is also looking for a NR asap with clarification.  It appears that the Wessons mismanaged WOF ...more

Woulfe has been fast tracked for 3 years, one of thoses years we were supposed to be building infrastructure.  Anyone think the security commission may have found illegal activity with Brian and Amelia Wesson beyond the non compliant resource claims that may account for them to be forced to leave the industry?
Comment by Profit79 on Feb 28, 2013 12:42pm
All I know is it isnt looking good, regardless of the "positive" goodman association. If he was this involved with the company, he would put together a release already stating whats really going on. Has anyone tried contacting IMC? or Taegu Tec? Not sure if they will say anything, but maybe their tone might lead us in the right direction. I think its despicable how they are treating ...more
