cant believe mangement

I cant believe management has let this stock fall to these levels without any assurances, updates or even a timeline. Where the F is managements brains?

That's part of the problem! They don't seem to have any brains. They also seem to come across as weak and timid which probably hurts them in these negotiations.

Marleau and Constable have no skin in this game just options why should they push now and what were they doing when Wesson was fluffing around, the only life line here is Goodman (Dundee). This whole pic is very dissapointing for a 5 to 10 bagger.  (Dead $ 's till next year)  $HAWK

Relax.  It is still a long way from last summer's bottom.  As you are still here, you must be a believer in WOF, so look at it as an opportunity to average down.  If you don't believe in WOF, why are you still hanging around bashing the company?
Comment by StockExpertPro on Apr 09, 2013 1:54pm
The company needs to come out with a detailed explanation about what the problem is and why there is a hold up. Shareholders are fed up with the countless lies and they need to fire Nick Smith and slow down their cash burn rate anyway possible. If this is going to drag on for another year they should of received more funds from IMC. This is ridiculous how this has gone on for months on end ...more

Green Unless I'm looking at the wrong data ...we are very close to (or at) last summers bottom......we are NOT a long way from it.  The average adjusted close  for the summer was around .22
Comment by GaiusGermanicus on Apr 09, 2013 2:16pm
"average adjusted close"?  Who buys on those.  I got one of my 50 lot batches at .202 this summer, so averages just don't cut it, we're talking we're scraping the EDGE of last summers lows, but I haven't seen it trading at that level yet.  To do that we'd need to see trade executions (not just bids) aroundd 0.19.

The stock price is in worse shape now then it was during last summer. This is pitiful if you ask me. This company could write a book on what NOT to do with a publicly traded company. Seems like everything the company does is backwards.

im not sure there is gonna be a turn, i feel like it will just keep falling. Im having to come to terms with losing all my money, and that is the truth. thats not bashing.
Comment by StockExpertPro on Apr 09, 2013 6:16pm
It will keep falling if new management is not put into place. They cannot get their act together. They have wasted everyones time and money. Here is a perfect example of the incompetence at this company. What good is it going to do your company to bring in the billionaire founder of Dundee onto the Board of Directors then not utilize any of his many connections. THAT IS BACKWARDS IN MY BOOK!!!
Comment by StockExpertPro on Apr 09, 2013 6:40pm
The lack of competence at this company is almost scary. Upon becoming interim CEO the first thing he should have done was utilize the connections that Ned Goodman and billionaire founder of Dundee brought to the company. I hope i'm wrong but I think what their doing is backwards and will drag this on for another year. The company needs to update the shareholders ASAP. This going to get really ...more

According to David Constable's last interview financing should be done in April or May ... if you want to sell now go ahead and good luck to you.
Comment by petropig on Apr 09, 2013 7:26pm
Did he say April or May of 2013 or 2014?
Comment by Profit79 on Apr 09, 2013 7:44pm
what interview are we talking about? constable did an interview??
Comment by StockExpertPro on Apr 09, 2013 8:20pm
What interview is he talking about? The company needs to update the shareholders in a reasonable manner. Everyone is fed up with the lies and lack of updates from the company.
Comment by cult_of_frank on Apr 09, 2013 10:19pm
What lies? We have missed deadlines from previous management and nothing much reported in terms of progress from new management other than that we probably won't see anything signed with IMC for about a month. What do you want? An update every day saying, "Still not signed"? Maybe one saying, "Debentures still on offer! Come get 'em while they're hot!" If you want a ...more
