That's  very good for Ned but what does this have to do with WOF ??

Telemarker. Thanks for the Dundee update regarding its Friday share price reduction. However, the s/p "drop" may be deceiving w/o the rest of the story. Per the following link, I assume that the 35% drop was not a sell off but, rather, the planned result of Dundee's previously announced corporate tax reorg and "Dream" stock acquistion that was to finalize on the Toronto ...more

Seg, please explain to me what you mean by " I assume that the 35% drop was not a sell off but, rather, the planned result of Dundee's previously announced corporate tax reorg and "Dream" stock acquistion" Are you saying Dundee is purposely trying to drive their own stock down by frustrating their sharholders ? Looks to me like Dundee is swapping shares for an ...more

Hi Mark101. Your question: Are you saying Dundee is purposely trying to drive their own stock down by frustrating their sharholders? No. I think the Globe article explained the reason for Friday's 1/3 "drop" in Dundee's stock price. The article identified the mechanics and stock price implications of the planned of the Dundee reoroganization. This, in turn, explained the basis ...more

I'd consider a 7% return to be fairly nice, considering the returns that some other issues give.  Even Apple is paying out less than 3% and they're one of the most profitable companies in the world.

What eer happened to the guy on the board who said he as from korea?? Or at least I think thats where he was.... It wold be nice for someone to take some pictures of the mine to give us an idea as to what is ACTUALLY happening there.
Comment by petropig on Jun 04, 2013 3:33pm
I've given up trying to get pictures from them especially with not a single IR person on their payroll.  And with Hubert as honest as Nick things will remain the same.  I also think it is inappropriate using a picture of Mr. Cable (as the face of WOF) on their website especially as he has been deceased for some time now.  Any theories where WOF has been spending their ...more

Geologyfella had to leave the board for medical reasons, not sure if it was family or himself, and said he wouldn`t be posting here again. I sure miss him too, and I know he had a lot in wof. I wish him well and hope he comes back to the board someday.I have a sizable piece of wof too and feel this will work itself out in time . My own feeling on the holdup is, I think IMC wants to wait till ...more

the IMC deal has taken triple the amount of time it should have taken... There is more then meets the eye here. Anyone know how to get in touch with Mr. Wesson? Maybe he has some light to shed... Im sure he can say something unless he signed a confidentiality agreement??
Comment by Qbit on Jun 04, 2013 5:03pm
More than meets the eye? LOL. Well it seems obvious to me that IMC smells something fishy and is waiting for WOF to get their sh** together and fix whatever it is that needs fixing before getting deeper into business with them. I actually got out when Wesson resigned and have been looking to get back into WOF but more than meets the eye is an understatement. I can't seem to get the nerve to ...more

Petro I think that the money has and is being spent on work at the mine, perhaps at a much slower pace. Why appoint a president (Mr. Lee) to Sangdong Mining Corp and have a platoon of workers onsite if no work was to me done? I'm still waiting for the positive impact as stated in the April 19, 2013 NR   ....   "The Directors of Woulfe Mining Corp. believe that he (Mr. Lee) will ...more
Comment by petropig on Jun 05, 2013 2:39pm
Is Mr. Lee on site and are there workers on site??  Nobody knows.   If something was happening on site, WOF would release pictures on a WOF updated work site.  WOF still does not have an admin office.  I for one would like to see some proof that something is happening.  Hubert would not answer these questions when I talked to him back in April.
Comment by wolfry1 on Jun 08, 2013 3:34pm
Petro.. According to the NR  "Woulfe Mining Provides Update" dated May 17, 2013 19:15 ET there are workers onsite...if one is to believe the contents of the release. Quote ......."Meanwhile, a full complement of staff and employees remain on site at the Sangdong Tungsten Project planning further technical work and assessment."
Comment by petropig on Jun 09, 2013 2:16pm
Brian  told me a couple of years ago that Wof had staff on site for technical work and asessment and that everything looks on schedule for production in 2013 especially with the financing close to finalization.   Hubert also told me this past April that everything is on schedule.  I for one don't believe anything WOF says anymore.  Wolfry (or anybody else ...more
