Electronic Proxy to Vote

If you didn't received a paper proxy to vote around Feb 14th, then your broker should have sent you an email with link to www.proxyvote.com w a proxy control number for Woulfe Mining.  Email your broker for this info. before Mar 5th to vote.  I am voting no but do your own DD.
