Time for Woulfe Mining Class Action Lawsuits?

The time appears to be right to begin filing these class action lawsuits against the company. Plus separate lawsuits against the board of directors. I have retained an excellent dual citizenship Canada/United States lawyer to represent us if the company does not get their sh*t together soon. The Woulfe shareholders are fed up with these incompetent clowns not being able to run the company in an efficient manner. If management and the board of directors cannot do their jobs correctly. Then they need to resign or be fired. It's really as simple as that. We need a lot more oversight at the company to make sure management is actually doing their jobs. The drill program and work plan appear to be ahead of schedule based on the recent company update but that's probably due to the appointment of Mr. Sang Bum Lee as President of the Company’s wholly-owned South Korean subsidiary, Sangdong Mining Corporation. Mr. Lee has over 30 years of experience in the non-ferrous metals (Zinc, Lead and Precious Metals) industry gained in Korea, Australia, Europe and the USA in various technical roles that include project engineering, construction project management and business and technology improvements as well as general management. What this recent Woulfe Mining update tells me is that Mr. Sang Bum Lee is doing his fair share and seeing to it that all the dirty work (drilling program & work play) at the company is completed ahead of schedule but the rest of management and investors relations are not doing their jobs. The company need to clean house if this doesn't change.
