if you're going to do that, buy it aggressively below 1.10 or below that, there's going to be a mass exodus after this one is paid out and likely hit that $1 at the end of it.
mgmt definitely bungled this but sicne they own the stock they want their 3.5c as well.
that 34% yield pipe is rated for the year if they continued paying the 3.5c monthly which is not going to happen or they won't be able to afford to.
