Shale oil production is still increasing because thats what it does for the first year. Then it drops 50%. Decline rates happen to all oil and gas companies, most are around 20 to 30%.

So now we have 0 CF banks are not going to lend anymore money and the oil companies can't drill because lack of funding. And why would they when they can buy their neighbour cheaper than they can find it.

So the 1.5 mil bbls everyone keeps beaking about will be gone.

Next don't think  that countries like China aren't filling up everything in site.

Oil will be on the way up in the next 3 months and trading at 70 in 6.
