ppp, I agree with you they are not replacing all of their production, hopefully maintaining at best. They don't have much cash in the bank and I said back in December that I would have liked to see them suspend the dividend and build a 10% of bank debt cash for a cushion. Hope they plan on doing that and pay down debt. Time will tell. As investor relations told me about their debt to EBITDA, they are not best in class but they are also not worst in-class. If they can sell some non core assets it will help the balance sheet but it will be hard to get a decent price in this environment.
