another reason we are Stuck at 73

another reason we are Stuck at 73 LRE is not issuing a dividend, and that makes it easier to short with no clothes.  E.G. naked short.  When one has to account for the dividend that must accompany the borrowed share, one tends to follow the standard rules for shorting:  performing the locate before the sale, why? becuase the relevant dividend must be paid on that share, shorted or not.

But when one does not have to worry about that, then the rules tend to get bent ALOT.  With no pressure on anyone who decides to short ad infineum on the promise that "someday"  I'll repay, then we get no accountability.

If LRE were to issue even on half of one penny per share, suddenly the accounting of shorted shares would have to occur for real.
