I am curious as to where all the cause for concern is coming from. They budgeted for this. Plain and simple. If come August oil is still floundering, it will make little difference since it was budgeted for. If they want leeway, they can sell off some obscure assets and have breathing room into 2016. Not like they don't have the cash flow for it. All was budgeted. T
