RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Almost time to start buyingReflect: I would argue that they are not necesarily trying to ruin the company as you assert, rather, they are scaring off the retail investor. To a large degree, they may have already succeeded. Then again, you may be correct in that, in the event of a failure, the vultures would get very meaty peices indeed. BV says LRE is 400% ~+ from today's share price.
The taunt here is that the astute and risk-averse retail investor and the slightly more tolerant institutional investor may not like the debt this company has - especially in an unfavorable price environment. The debt has been discussed ad-nauseum ....
My bet is that this is already a known element in the much larger picture - indeed, its all part of a wider plan to fleece the weak handed holders of their stake(s). There are, no doubt, some holders here that rode the price all the way down believing that it would turn up again. Unfortunately, I dont think LRE will see 5 bucks any time soon, but 2 or 3 is in the cards for sure, given the political (in)stability in the mid-East. As I mentioned previous, we have quite a bit of time on our side.
LRE BOD has positioned the company to weather the longer downturn. In chat with management, BOD are just over a million shares purchased between them. The company is looking at mid - end 2016 before any real threatening trouble may occur.
GLTY and to all
