maybe maybe not????if da marathon does aquire 125,000,000 units for 200 million as stipulated in the private placement agreement and the price of oil does not deteriorate in 2016.................then lre will be able to generate enough cash flow to pay the remaining 150 million in november with very minimal or possibly no asset sales. The chinese would be paying 1.08 per common share for 206 million shares for about half the companies equity. After the 350 million is taken off debt.................there will be about 300 million in total debt remaining and im sure da banks will be happy and we will live to fight another day....................when oil recovers to 80 dollars +...............and our production grows to 40,000 bpd..........the lre stock should easily approach da 10.00 mark once again...................hehehe..................i rate the stock a speculative buy with huge upside potential over the medium to longer term...............3 or 4 years.................of course if da marathon private placement does not go through...............i dont see any hope for lre.
