Also, because of inside info there is the matter of 7 mil shares recently dumped. Thus, these matters warrant an investigation into the deal making ordeal as you suggest - to defraud investors. If your theories are right, criminal activity has taken place.

After MIE has thrown egg in Andrew’s face & then the second time MIE throw’s excrement into Andrew’s face; you suggest that Andrew lick his lips & come back for more to make a third deal.
