No one is conspiring with anyone. If Long Run had sold assets for say $700 or $800 million or whatever then MIE would have concluded the deal because the stock price would have run up and their fears about losing the $100 million would not have been warranted.
Long Run had until Friday at 4 p.m. to close a deal that looked something like i have pointed out. They didn't so MIE took their bat and ball and went home.
Not that complicated to figure out.
