RE:RE:Reflect

RE:RE:Reflect
Reflect; It’s painfully clear that if you have actually read the Escrow Agreement you have no comprehension of the terms.

The $10m was never LREs. It was MIEs money held in trust by a third party. The funds were to be part of the $100m paid to the LRE shareholders IF the deal was successful. If MIE walked away after any expenses due to LRE had been paid the balance would be returned to MIE.

Don’t forget that if LRE decided to walk away to pursue an Unsolicited Offer they were liable for up to $2m of MIEs expenses and possibly a $5m penalty.

There is no doubt that this has been a “Cluster F_#k”. We don’t know who walked first. It’s not out of the realm of possibility that it was mutual. Rather than both sides getting into a long drawn out legal battle they shook hands and called it a day.

Where you see an “International Multilevel Fraudulent Conspiracy” I see a BMF “Cluster F_#k”.

I am certainly not a fan of William Andrew. That said is it not “possible” that they have actually been “Desperately” trying to find a way to salvage something for the Shareholders (and themselves of course). Due to circumstances beyond their control; i.e. the relentless weakening in Commodity prices c/w turmoil in the Chinese and Global markets they haven’t been successful to date.

In my “opinion” the terms “Incompetence” or even “Gross Incompetence” would not be out of order.

If you have any “Actual Evidence” to support your “International Multilevel Fraudulent Conspiracy Theory” you should pass it on to the appropriate authorities. You could even take it one step further and present your “Evidence” to one of the Law Firms specializing in “Class Action Lawsuits”.

There is No Doubt that Long Run is in Serious Trouble. They are in “Good Company”. Am I the only one that noticed what happened to the Baytex (T.BTE) share price today? LRE has actually held up quite well recently compared to many of their peers. Probably because there is the “possibility” as remote as it may be that this “proposal” will be successful.

You can be sure that as we speak the Lenders are negotiating the Debt Repayment terms with the Purchasers. The Lenders have absolutely no reason to “bend over” for anyone. They will not sign off on this “proposal” unless they are confident that the Purchasers have the Resources and Ability to meet their obligations. Why would the Lenders exchange “Canadian Deadbeats” for “Mainland China Deadbeats”? (Go From The Frying Pan Into The Fire)
