Okay reflect this one is for you, I thought you knew better and were a more educated investor but I guess not.

Insiders are sitting on very material information so of course they are not buying or selling, they could go to jail for doing that which is why all their shares are locked down and likely have been since the first CA agreement was signed.

Every morning the transfer agent sends the company an up to date list on who has voted and how many shares for and against the deal.  Clearly insiders are the ones who see this information  so if by an act of god, the NO votes were higher than the YES votes and an insider starting selling his stock hand over fist because he knew the transaction was not getting approved do you think that would be okay.

Hell no, we would rot in a cell next to OJ for that kind of conduct.

If you truly don't know this you should go back to investing 101 school as well and take a few of your buddies on this board.
