Institution Investors/Traders generally have “their ears close to the ground”.
 
If they had reason to suspect that this deal was about to fall apart they would be dumping LRE and LRE.DB with a vengeance.
 
At this point I don’t see any evidence of that….yet…
 
I have noticed that companies like Long Run tend to announce Good News ASAP and wait until the last possible moment to announce Bad News…
