WHAT HAPPEN IF THIS DEAL FALLS THROUGH AND DOES NOT GO FORWARD

is it back to regular operations? or find another buyer?? i mean these guys have already waited out the last 1.5 year oil glut whats another 1.5 years???

This stock hasn't traded with oil since 2014.

As for what happens if the deal falls through?  Nobody knows but a good starting point would be to assume it'll fall somewhere close to where it was before the buyout was announced which is in the 20 cent range.

If the buyout fails and there's no plan B this stock will fall over 50%.  I don't think anybody who is playing this as an arb would disagree with that.
