I've been painfully dealing with the emegence of LRE as an up and comer. I do not believe it will drop to $5.25  The shares will be put into "A" accounts.  Good luck phoning a broker you barely know and getting any.  This is either a turning point in which LRE grows up and becomes a big boy in town or becomes  street worn.  Its been a slow journey, I like the
