we need 15-20 million shares to move thru before we will get any upside again---so we will have a larger  company with a little better dividend but this now requires TIME
Watch the volume daily--once we get to about 15 million --I predict about 2-3 weeks it should tunr positive again

My advisor just indicated he got about 1% of what he asked for and he's no noobie. Says the issue was about 60 times over-subscribed. He's advising to go into the market and buy here while those who got shares on the PP are selling at the higher levels to pay for them. Figures it will close in the $5.60 range. I'm going to wait for a further pullback. I think the O&G sector is over
