But patience my fellow investors--we get a great dividend--I have no problem with LRE buying assets and building the base. Every time they buy someone out they use stock to buy it--and those that get the stock sell immediatley because they want cash---this is what causes the stock to go down. I keep adding every time its at the $5.30-5.20 level. You should too. The last quarter was very good and the next will be better
This is a dividend player and somecatch fire like Surge but our time will come--collect the 8% and sit tight

Under the Arrangement, Long Run issued approximately 44 million common shares of Long Run and assumed $115 million of Crocotta net debt, inclusive of transaction costs. The transaction implies a value of approximately $346 million for Crocotta (excluding the Sold Assets). So $346M less $115debt / 44M shares issued = $5.25 per share value. Therefore I would assume anyone wanting cash for the deal ...more
