something strange

in the neighborhood ? can't not quite figure out  hwo and why there is such strage trading on this stock?  bid side high  small transactions ,  high volume    trading well below value?

we have a current  BV  of  4.00 plus,  there is room to  cut dividend  even further if ness, we are hedged till mid year ? so even on a fire sale or buy out we would get  2.00  so what is the  underline issue  for this price deviation ?

further more? we   harvest  lite crude? much better value less cost ???  and if we were trading @ 121.5 times  BV we would be  @ 6.50/share ??? we have insider support with share buying, so what is the problem here ?

These crooked banking firms are not even trying to be subtle anymore. I suppose since they have no downside risk, what with congress ready to bail them out at a drop of the hat, they can do whatever they want. But, eventually the piper will be paid and oil ...more

Reaction to the futures market - stock isn't trading on its own fundamentals. There's lots of good Co., that are currently undervalued due to the bearish  market sentiment, BUY BUY BUY, this is where fortunes can be made if  you are shrude in your selections.

Strange trading:  no,  Short selling:  yes.  Look at the financials, low PE, EPS is almost half the price right now.  confirmed dividends, Hedged for 18 months,  IMO this company is a target for both takeover (rumors?) and a pretty good bet that with ANY oil price recovery, however modest, will see this rise nicely. Market Makers are accumulating and fear mongering ...more
