even Surge gets a boost on up days and we continue to flounder, must be a Bill Andrew and a management issue. Our debt is roughly the same as Surge's yet we can't even get out of the 70 cent range? What's wrong with this picture?

LRE isn't dead. It is up 2.86% so far today. Other companies are up, but less (percentage)- We are doing better than CNE, BNK, PXT, PWT, PHX to name a few.

We cannot get out of this range because there are too many long holders who will not capitulate.  I am willing to bet that trading houses have very few of the OS on hand and thus, they will just hold it down here unless FORCED by bidding.  After all, they did their counting between themselves (as houses) and acted in concert with Shittybank, got a lapdog (dundee) to bark about the debt ...more

I concede I am speculating as I have no more knowledge than the next guy, just that mm's make their bread and butter on volatility, and it just as well could be that mm's are themselves accumulating it .. and they are just waiting to run it ?   *Shrug* In the end it does seem to be putting a lot of people off .. this tight-range bound pps with never any positive movement on upticks ...more
